Almost Back to Normal!

Life is almost back to normal.

Cydney, Elizabeth and Margarett are still at the beach. It isn't as exciting yet as Cydney had hoped for. Too cold.

Grayce and James Brian both have a friend over. I have been doing as much around the house today as I feel safe. I don't like having to wait on someone to carry something around for me or vacuum or take out the trash. My sister had a point. It isn't the surgery that has been painful it is the recovery.

Last night we had ball practice and then went to dinner with the coach and his family. We always have fun with them. I am missing David and Ellie though.

I think daddy is coming over for dinner since he is so pitiful and can't fix him self anything to eat.

I think the children are probably ready for school to start back. I am not. I enjoy them being home but I know they get bored. But the sooner they go back to school the sooner they are out for the summer and then that is just another grade level gone. Children grow up too fast. It will be nice to get back into a routine. I noticed I really need to do something about the laundry room, which is our catch all, but I can't do anything about it unless I am by myself. James Brian thinks we need everything. I have to hide things in the trash or he will pull it back out. Today he made me get magazines back out because he was using them to do some kind of stunt with his trucks. Silly boy.

We have church in the morning. I really enjoy my Sunday School class. Then we have ball practice. Brian will go but I have to go for a minute and handle my secretarial duties. Then the race will be on. I am looking forward to that since there wasn't one last weekend. Nascar is really a family sport. They still pray before the race and don't race on Easter or Mothers Day.
