Not Such A Bad Start!

I have to be honest. I was dreading today. Not that kind of dread that is scary just the dread of getting going after, for me, two weeks. We did great this morning. I was awake before the TV came on. (I can just do that). Grayce hopped right up when I told her to and even Cydney was ready early. James Brian hopped up when I asked him to wake up. He is so sweet and so proud that he likes to put his own toothpaste on his brush now. We left before 7:30 so we went to CFA for breakfast. We even got to school before 8:00. There wasn't much traffic I suppose because the public school is out this week.

I went to Kohls to spend my Kohls cash my mom had gotten over Easter and then to Target. I tried on bathing suits! That was fun! I didn't get one yet. White skin is still white skin no matter how much or little of it there is and tan skin is soooo much prettier!

I picked up James Brian and we went to the car lot to visit for a few minutes. The only thing happening around there is pollen! Well actually they were a little busy and we have been blessed, the gas prices haven't affected us too much. I think with our life style today we are going to pay whatever it takes to keep going. You can buy a diesel pretty cheap these days!

Cyd and G had a good day at school. They won't admit it but I think they are probably a little tired. They are both in their rooms playing on the computer listening to music. I think Cydney enjoys her space. I know at 14 I would have loved to have space. But, thanks to my sister, who I love dearly, there wasn't much space! (another issue, huh!) Just teasing Lissy, I love you!

I picked up ribs for supper at Harveys. Mine were pretty good. Messy! So I am sure Brian won't want to eat them because they will be too messy. Cydney ending up eating some kind of noodles she had a craving for and I am sure G will eat ravoli. James Brian is playing with Jacob so he isn't hungry yet!

Well I was right about the pace picking up in a few days. We have 2 ball practices tomorrow, one on Wednesday, a practice game Thursday and a regular practice and then a practice game on Saturday. I wouldn't want to get bored!

I am looking forward to bedtime. All new Animal Cops-Houston. That is my favorite!

Someone left me a comment about Carl Edwards driving a Toyota. Well he was probably just questioning why the Toyota team was stealing from him! The funny thing is when he does good you don't hear a thing but when he doesn't it gets everyone talking. Even with Dale, Jr. Except it is the opposite, when he does good thats all you hear but when he doesn't no one brings him up. Drives me crazy. What about Carl running out of gas on the last lap. It a good thing he could coast to the line. I wondered why he wasn't racing too much at the end and then I realized he was probably close on fuel. Oh well he is still my favorite driver. I did deceide yesterday that Martin Truex, Jr was pretty easy on the eyes! I know you want to hear that Uncle Bobby!

Until next time.....

You want space, there is 179 miles between us, I'd say you got plenty of space! You want more than that, well go to SPACE Mountain! HUH!
