James Brian spent his first night away from home. Well, the first night of his choice. Actually I don't know if he has ever spent the night away at his choice or mine! He did go with Brian to Daytona and he did stay with Brian while I was at Dana's. Oh, and when he was first born we left him with Daddy and Margarett to go on a cruise. You get the picture.
We went to Aunt Peggy's for lunch on Thursday and he wanted to go home with Brance. He always wants to go and I won't let him but this time Ricky told him if he wanted to go he would bring him home on Friday. That is just what happened. Ricky wanted to go hunting today anyway and I think he just needed someone to help him make up us mind. I knew Melissa wouldn't let him cry and I also knew that if he wanted to come home at 2:00AM should would have brought him. Now I had to beg him to come with me from the car lot and he says he is staying at daddys tonight with Brance. Annie came home with me and she was real sweet and she and G have played great today.
Margarett cooked for the girls and Brian so don't worry they didn't go without!
After Peggy's we stopped by to see papa. He is going great. I made him laugh. He is a little rude to my grandmother but I think he is mad at her.
Today we are getting the Christmas stuff out. I tried to talk them into not getting a real tree this year but that didn't go over so well! I cleaned all that stuff out and organized it last year but there is still so much stuff in the storage closet I am about the scream! When the children go to school next week I am going to the Goodwill. Nothing like spreading the love, right!
I am in a turkey coma just like that commerical on tv. Maybe since Ricky is here we can go to mexican tonight.
Well, back to storage I go. Wish me luck....

She Blogged, Again!
Melissa blogged again so now I have to!
I forgot what happened already.
Monday I don't think we did anything except look forward to Tuesday. G had basketball practice. Then we went to Mexican with the Andersons.
Tuesday we had school and then we went to see Emily, Lori's husbands daughter, play basketball at Houston County High. She plays for Jones County and since they were only about 20 minutes away we went to support Emily. It was fun, well as much fun as you can have at a basketball game! We really had more fun seeing Whitley and Lori! I wished we could see them more and I hate that our only quality time in the last year has been at basketball games! I think that would be a good new years resolution to see my nieces and nephews more!
Brian has a terrible cold still. He finally went to the doctor. I think he waits to long so next time I am going to make him go sooner. He got some cough medicine that made him stay awake all night long. I finally got up and left him alone at 4:00AM but someone has to have some sleep. Then he woke up with a terrible headache.
Curves is closed Thursday and Friday so I had to go Monday, Tuesday and today. I didn't do so good today because I had an attitude. The three days in a row thing makes me grouchy.
We ate lunch at the dealership today. It was so good I am going back and pick up the left overs for supper.
Justin's mom stopped by the dealership. I am still not sure why but G went with her and Ju came with us until his cousins get here from out of town. Cyd stayed for a minute and her friend who just turned 16 and just got her car today brought her home. She said it was really cool.
Tomorrow I am going to Aunt Peggy's house for lunch. The children aren't sure they are going are not. We are supposed to get up grandma's leaves. Melissa said we would just pay the neighbor, which is fine with me. Then she wants to go to Kmart. Believe it or not I am not the shopper of the family. She is all about a holiday sale and I had rather pay more and not be bothered with too many people.
Sarah Palin is coming to town on Monday. I received an RSVP invite the the Houston County GOP. I am sure everyone on the mailing list got one but I am going to check the children out of school to go. I think it will be cool. I saw Dan Quayle and last year we all saw George W so it will be fun to see SP if we can get in the door!
I guess that is all for today. Happy Thanksgiving.

Couldn't Let Melissa Get One On Me!
I am only blogging because Melissa did and I wouldn't want her to do better than me!
Today was/is Marc's 40th birthday. After church we went to his surprise party Lynn, his wife, gave him. I think he was truly surprised. That was fun getting one on him. Lynn had lunch for all of us. Oh my gosh it was so good.
After church we picked up Justin and Brian went to the woods. I went to the grocery store and Cydney stayed with the little ones. Now G has gone to MYF, they are making fruit baskets for the elderly so she was excited to be able to help deliver those.
Last night we ended up not keeping Jacob because we didn't want him to catch a cold. I picked Cydney and G up at the party at 11:00 but we ended up not getting home until 12:00. James Brian heard us come in and ask his daddy was it morning yet!
We have school Monday and Tuesday and then we are off, Praise The Lord! I was trying to buy a turkey to help my aunt but got totally confused. I guess a turkey on Thanksgiving Day is something I have always taken for granted! To tell you the truth the seasoned already cooked roasted chicken at Kroger the other day pretty much tasted the same as turkey! So, I called Peggy and told her I would just bring a chicken!
Until next time or until Melissa blogs before me....

Today is payback for all the easy days lately!
Let's start with Thursday. Brian had a day off. He went hunting and then we went to Sam's Club in Macon, together, in the same car! I actually went to find a turkey to cook to take to my aunts house for Thanksgiving. That didn't go so well. Then somewhere along the way I got the bright idea to cook Wednesday lunch for the whole carlot. Luckily by the time I got to the car Lo already had it worked out so my moment of insanity didn't catch up with me. I honestly don't know what I was thinking. Yes I do, I was thinking I could do it cheaper!
Cydney had her last ball practice Thursday night. It was cold but not as cold as Tuesday. James Brian decided he wanted mashed pototoes at about 8:00 that night so guess what, I came home and cooked for him. (real not instant!) I get the mom of the day award.
Friday morning I had to take Cyd to the doctor because her arm kept hurting from where she slid into base on Tuesday. It ends up she sprained her shoulder so she is in a sling for a few days! I did get to go to Curves early. They are closed on Wed, Thurs and Friday next week. I have to go three times in two days.
Friday night our school had another play off game in Macon. The school was sending a bus, "the Spirit Bus" and I was going to let Cydney ride it. They didn't have enough children so Brian and I ended up taking her to the game. Grayce didn't want to go but ended up going with her friend Eden. We dropped Cyd off and went to eat supper and to Walmart. (I had promised JB a car earlier if he would go with me, that was when I thought I was going by myself). By the time we got back the game was almost over so we just waited in the car to the end. We finally got home about 11:00. I am not used to staying out or up so late!
Now it is Saturday and I am sitting her blogging like I don't have anything else to do. Justins sister had a tournament somewhere so I picked him up about 9:30, which is great because he and JB will play all day long! I had to take Cyd to the AG Center to work at Mistletoe Market for her Tri-Hi-Y duties. Tonight Cyd has a friends sweet 16 party and a limo is picking her up at 5:00. I have to help her mom set the party up at 6:00. Keep Jacob somewhere in there and then go back and lock the country club up at 11:00! Then I have a party tomorrow and I have to clean my car out because a customer is coming on it Monday. I hate to give this one up. I really like it and it has tinted windows so I can change clothes in the car when I go to work out!
I guess that is all the fun things for today. Or at least I hope it is.

Nothing Yet!
I know with all these email and chain letters and all the likes something really good is going to happen to blog about. Unless I cash in on the money one and I will be out shopping and vacationing and not have time to blog!
School on Tuesday and ball practice. I called Cydneys coach and used my best whinny voice, remember how good I am at that, and told him it was too cold to practice and he told me to shut up and get there on time! They only did practice for about an hour because it was so cold. We picked up a $5.00 pizza for supper that was pretty good.
G had a project to do. I think I am going to get our congressman to apply for an amendment that says NO PROJECTS to children with whinny parents!
I worked at the dealership today. Brian needed me to do a financial statement for him. I am the financial statement queen so I did and as usual what turned out to be a 30 minute job ended up almost till lunch. The best part Tracey, one of our technicians, past his Emergency Vehicle Technician test so I got to write the City a letter. Then daddy and I hand delivered it to the city manager and sent a copy to all the council members and the mayor at home! Yea Me. I hope it works out like I expect it should.
I did get lunch at the cracker barrel out of it. It was so good. If I worked there everyday I would be a fat pig! The funny thing is I wasn't really hungry and I sat down and then I wanted everything.
Daddy has been knocking on doors in town and visiting businesses to let them know we are here and we want their business. I am proud of him for taking the extra step.
Everyone is downstairs playing. I am thinking about what I should be doing. For one is taking some updated pictures of my family.
Supper is cooked. Chicken Alfredo, I hate that stuff.
We are all looking forward to next week when we only have two days of school. Cyd was a little bothered that the public school is out all week. Well I would enjoy the break but she just doesn't understand that we both go the same number of days it just spread out different. They started school about 10 days before us. I will remind her of that next summer!
Until next time...

Still Nothing is Happening!
Cydney, bless her heart, my friend Jessi said in the south you can say whatever you want to about someone as long as you add bless her heart at the end, says to me Mom you haven't blogged. I don't think that is a good thing for my own daughter to keep up with our life by reading the family blog!
Actually she is with me all the time so I don't know why she reads it. Probably to see if I am talking about her.
Cydney is still playing softball. I am so proud of her. (that was Thursday's entertainment!)
Friday I helped Margarett finish the financial statement so we were at the carlot until after 6:00 and then we went to Mexican. Cydney spent the night with Kayla, Grayce had Hannah Kate over.
Brian worked Saturday and I watched the race. Carl is the Man!
Boy and Cydney are back together. He texted her some bullcrap about loving her too much. Blah, whatever. I wasn't real nice to him to begin with Saturday. I told him he had to earn a LOT of brownie points with me. Then he noticed I colored my hair so he was in again. I went to sleep Saturday night and he was here. Brian was climbing the walls. It was actually kind of funny. Anyway he woke me up at 11:00 to tell me he was still here and he was going to be rude. Well, by the time Brian got downstairs he was out the door already. Sunday Cydney and I had a little pow wow about him leaving by 10:00! That is another chapter for my "things they don't tell you before you have children" book.
Justin came over Sunday. Brian went hunting I watched the race. This blog is starting to sound like that ground hog day movie! Grayce went to Kayla house, yes the same friend Cyd spent the night with. Sunday night G went to MYF at church and Justin went home about 8:00.
I went to curves today. I got there too early and there was too many people but I did it anyway. My choice is to go M, W and F but I might try going again tomorrow. When you go two days in a row the computer doesn't make you work as hard. I worked in the house for a while today Brian helped alot yesterday maybe I can finish tomorrow and list on ebay again.
Supper is ready. JB is playing with Jacob and G just asked Sarah over. (they just live a couple of houses down). Cydney is on the phone and I am thinking about doing something.
Until next time...

Apparently I complain and whine too much!
I thought I had a pretty good attitude but apparently I just fuss and complain and whine all the time. Those people know who I am talking about!
I decided I wouldn't blog unless I actually had something important to tell. Well I still don't but Uncle Bobby misses us. So as I have said all along I just blog for Uncle Bobby!
We did eat mexican Friday with daddy. That was fun and so good!
Saturday James Brian played with Justin most of the day. I can't remember anything else worth telling about! I watched the Nationwide race.
Sunday we went to church and Sunday school. Brian went hunting, I watched the race.
Cydney and the boy broke up somewhere down the line. I swear there are different cars in and out this driveway like it was a bordoe, I don't know how to spell it. But keep in Brian and I both drive different cars periodically! Plus boyfriend cars, girlfriend cars, other family member cars who never drive the same thing either, plus cars of parents. Then Kaylas dad, who is a detective, picked Kayla up and the girls turned on the flashing blue lights, so I am sure the neighbors thought we had finally gotten in trouble over whatever kind of establisment we had going over here!
Monday we had basketball tryouts for G. I am excited because Pam and Rob's daughter is on G's team. Basketball will be fun with the Andersons around everybody has a friend! Oh, I went to see my granddaddy, who is doing much better! I made him laugh so that made the trip worth it.
Tuesday Cydney had softball practice. Brian came and watched the rest of us went home. I went to curves in the AM.
Today, Wednesday I worked at the car lot. I wanted to go to curves again and I planned on being out by 10:00. Well I finally left at 2:45 to pick up the children. There is a mistake I couldn't find so I do have to go back tomorrow but Margarett will be there to help me. My aunt and uncle from near Athens came to buy a car so it was nice to visit with them. Judy went with me to pick the children up from school so James Brian was excited to get picked up from his room instead of the sidewalk plus he had a visitor. Last time they came we went to eat but we didn't get to do that tonight. Hmmm. I guess because of school.
Well maybe something fun will happen soon. If not I will find something to rattle on about.
Good night!

Well, Here I Sit In The Quiet!
I didn't really mean for that to happen.
Yesterday Cydney had practice again. I am so proud of her. Considering she hasn't played for a team since she was about 11 she is smokin'! She has practice again tomorrow. Yay, I would hate not to start going to the ballfield everyday.
I ran some errands today. It seems I went thru town 50 times. I took the children to school. (Yik, this color looks like baby poop). Worked at the car lot for a little while, very little while, went to curves. (I worked hard but it didn't show on the computer today, that is disappointing!). Then several other things, stamps, rental house, library, police station(background check on renter), yadda, yadda, yadda. Back to the rental house, back to the car lot, back to the rental house. I did rent it and got the rent and some deposit today or vica versa. They problem was solved pretty quick. Praise the Lord!
Anyway, you get the idea. Picked the children up. They wanted to visit their daddy. James Brian wanted to visit granddaddy. Cydney and JB went home with granddaddy. We brought G's friend Hannah home. We are supposed to meet them at mexican after 7:00. I am too tired to go! Worked on another closet today. Brian is worse than a women with his clothes. He has too many!
Hayden was at the car lot after school. He is the cutest thing. He will say whatever you tell him to except Michelle. I swear little children hate me! I will get his attention when I see him this weekend and take him a Thomas the Tank Engine book bag. Thank heavens for bribery!
So here I sit on a Friday night. Tired of cleaning out closets. Tired of listing on ebay. Knowing nothing is coming on TV good tonight. Our school has a playoff game but earlier in the week when the children were fussing I took the game away. Which was good because I didn't want to go anyway. I am just proud I stayed with it. Waiting for 7:00 to get here so I can go eat Mexican. If I would layoff the coke and sweet tea again I would probably lose more weight. That will give me something to work on next week.
Good night!

It's All Over But The Crying!
I can't believe it has come down to this. I am not happy with the out come of the election. If you have read Melissa's blog I agree with her on the race issue. You tell me a person that is 50 years old and has never voted that is black and then all of the sudden registers is not doing it just to vote for the black man. That is crazy. I don't care if he is purple with pink polka dots. I don't like him because he thinks abortion is okay. Plus he has never served in the military and I personally think that if you are in charge of the military you should have to put in some time!
I am going to have a good attitude. We still live in the greatest country in the world. Plus the last time the democrats were in charge the economy was good!
California did over turn the gay marriage thing so that was one step in the right direction.
Cydney had ball practice before the party. Brian left the woods early to watch her. She thinks she doesn't do too good but she is an awesome 3rd baseman. That girl can sling a ball to first base. We left practice early. Ran home, Cyd jumped in the shower, we all changed clothes and were out the door in 15 minutes. She even washed and straighted her hair. She sat down in the car and said Whew, I have never gotten ready so fast. The party started at 7:00. We were shooting to arrive by 7:30. We got there about 7:40. Right after daddy. So we were perfect!
Our election night was okay. We had dinner and I got to work the crowd which is fun. I don't have too much of a problem fitting in. Our Judge won. The girls could care less about running for office. When I sat down at dinner and introduced myself to the little lady next to me she started talking and just kept asking me the same questions over and over. Then she would tell me the same stories over and over. Luckily James Brian was ready to go so I told her to have a nice night! Cydney and Grayce were holding court at the table next to me. They don't have a problem fitting in either.
Then we came home and went right to bed because James Brian was walking in his sleep. I was sleeping so good at 11:30 when Melissa accidentally called me instead of daddy. First shear panic because of my granddaddy and then at the same time Brian walked in and said he had won and then I spent the next hour crying!
I finally changed the channel and went to sleep about three only to wake up at four! I finally got up at 5:30. Now I have my supper fixed all the laundry done and thinking about my day tomorrow! Oh I managed to fit curves in today. It was easier today for some reason. I have the day off tomorrow so I am going to finish the house! I can't see that really happening. I can probably go find a coupon for Belks or Kohls if I look real hard.
Papa was talking again today. So I don't know what is happening. Momma went to see him so I should get a report later on this evening.
Well I am off to play cars.!

ELECTION DAY!
God Be With Us Today! The funny thing is I know God already knows who the next president will be and he has known forever. I hope he is just testing us to see if we will humble ourselves in prayer!
We have almost nothing on our calender for November. I am going to enjoy that until the end of the month when we get cranked up real good!
Over the weekend daddy's friend, the Judge, his wife called and ask me to go and collect his signs from yards to put at the poles today. He is up for re-election. Then she asked me to go stand at the poll and hold up a sign. So guess what I did today. It was crazy. I am going to tell her I had so much fun I am going back tomorrow. I am thankful it was in Warner Robins so no one I knew drove by and saw me!
Yesterday I went to visit my granddaddy at the hospital. I dropped the children at school and took off. My grandmomma was glad to see me but I hate seeing my big strong granddaddy just laying there doing nothing. I don't know at this point what else can be done. I should have stayed and spent the night with grandmomma. If he is still in the hospital next week I might leave Brian in charge and go stay with her. I think I can do it one night. Two nights we might make each other crazy. Ask Melissa she will tell you.
Michael is going out of town this week so Brian swapped his day off to today. He went hunting this morning so we were able to sneak to Chick Fil A for breakfast! Then I went to curves, Yuk! Then I came home and cooked Brian and I breakfast. I am such a good wife. Then it was time to go to the poll.
"Boy" walks Cydney to the car after school and then has the nerve to look at me and say hey mom! I just know if he knows who he is messing with. I told daddy the wierdest thing is when you are walking with your daughter and see some guy checking her out. I am glad they think she is pretty but I just want to stick my foot out and trip them. Then daddy reminded me that has been going on since the beginning of time. I said yes but not with my daughter!
Tonight we are going to an election party for the Judge. It will be fun for us to be at "Ground Zero" on election night. Hopefully that result will come early so we can come home. We do get to eat supper there! First we have ball practice for Cydney so we have to go to practice for a while and then run home for her to shower and then go across town. I might have a future Judge in the house if one of the children like this tonight. Cydney could be a Judge because she loves to have the last word!
Brian has gone to the woods, again, this afternoon. JB is playing, by himself! God is Good! and I don't know what G and Cydney are doing. I am supposed to be working on ebay but I got tired of doing that.

GEORGIA GAME AND NASCAR IN HD!!
Well, it started out to be a great day! Ha! As the day progressed it got worse! At least the Georgia game did. Can someone tell me what happened because I am sure my television was messed up. ESPN must have made an error!
The race wasn't so bad. Carl finished 2nd in the Nationwide Series and made up alot of points on the first place guy so that part was encouraging.
Back to Friday night. I took the children trick or treating to a few neighbors. James Brian was ready to come home after about three houses and G thinks she is too big so that was fine with me. We had a wonderful supper of frozen pizza. I don't know what happen to the days of me taking the children and Margarett fixing a big bowl of chili while I was gone. When we got home Brian was home and we sat in the dark the rest of the night so no one would knock on our door. I kind of enjoyed sitting in the dark. Brian and I used to do that all the time before we had children. Ha maybe that is how we got the children in the first place. I better go turn on some more lights!
We did nothing yesterday. No laundry. No cleaning. Nothing. It has been a really long time since nothing was on our calender. So I just watched tv and thought about working on ebay but I had too much help so I did't get much done. Brian, Cyd and JB went to bass pro shops at 7:00 last night and G and I went to bed and watched tv.
We went to Sunday school and Church. Then I wanted to go to IHOP for breakfast so I pulled the mom card and did what I wanted to for a change. It was so good. I don't think anyone else enjoyed it like me but guess what I don't care! It was yummy. We picked Justin up on the way home from Warner Robins. Cole is here. Brian is in the woods and Grayce is eating again. She is going to help me do ebay in a minute. I did get one closet cleaned out in the process. It is scattered all over the hall. That is the bad thing about listing.
I guess that is all. I am just waiting for it to get dark. Listening to the race a little bit. I would almost be willing to bet that at 6:00 JB will say "can we go to bed".
Enjoy it getting dark early. I plan to!
