Ford Credit came to audit this morning. That is fine. They are reasonably nice but you just have to stop everything your are doing and take care of them. It messes up the whole day. If you have a customer driving a car you either have to pay for it or get it back. That is the problem with Mondays we put out cars over the weekend so Brian has to scramble to get them back or paid for.
We had a great weekend. Saturday was ball practice for G. It wasn't so bad. They played on the slip and slide. I know that sounds weird but it teaches them how to slide into base. Grayce already knows but she had fun playing in the water.
Cydney helped her friend at some benefit where the people rode motorcycles. She was excited because she got a Staff Tshirt! Well it was volunteer, lasted all day long, it was miserably hot and she didn't get to eat lunch until late, late into the afternoon!
Cydney came home from her friends and called me to come see a turtle in the yard. I said I don't care about a turtle how big is it. Its pretty big. Okay I will send your brother out. In just a minute they called me outside. The turtle was laying eggs. The girls saw an egg come out and fall in the hole the turtle dug. I didn't see it lay any but you can the the eggs in the hole. I thought that was pretty cool. 
James Brian didn't do much. He had still rather do nothing than play with the children up the street. That is fine with me he isn't any trouble.
Sunday we went to the lake with some friends. When Brian pulls a child on a tube behind the jet ski you have to have a spotter. That person rides backwards and tells you when the rider has fallen off. James Brian rode with Brian all day. He had a big time being a spotter! He has also learned he can play in the lake with a life jacket on and not go under water! We took the boat down this year. I am not sure we even put it in the water last year. We spent most of the morning trying to get it clean enough to ride in. We used lake water to clean. That is kind of strange isn't it. Brian is going to bring it home this week but he pulled the jet skis with his truck and my car wouldn't pull the boat. Yes we took two cars. It takes over an hour to get to the lake from our house. You didn't expect us to ride together did you? Actually we normally ride together at least there but G took a friend and we didn't have enough room in Brian's truck! The children didn't get sunburned but I did! Only on my neck and shoulders. I put on sunscreen but I waited too long. I wanted to get some sun. Fat brown skin is much prettier than white fat skin!
After we left the lake we talked Brian into going to Mexican in Gray. I don't know if the food was good or if we were all just hungry but all the children ate like bears!
Now it is back to normal. Ball practice almost everyday this week. Cleaning in the house. yayaya! I know what will happen...we just start to have a LOT of fun and it will be time for school to start back!
