Without the excitment of this holiday and all the commerical stuff I have tried to remind my children and make them aware of what today really is! I hope you keep that in mind today and everyday.

My friend Shannon made it down from Tennessee. We had a nice visit. She brought the children so all the kids had a big time. I am going to see her again tomorrow. She doesn't have to go home unti Sunday morning. I miss you Sha Na Na!
We had a great time last night with our friends the Andersons and the Hills. I was dreading all the work to have company but we got the house cleaned pretty good the night before. Cydney kept JB and Justin most of Wednesday and worked in the house finishing up while I worked at WMF. Then on Thursday I just did a few things to finish preparing supper and we were finished. We ate off paper plates so all the trash got thrown away and the kitchen was cleaned before anybody left.
What a wonderful day we have had today. Zach spent the night. He had so much fun being around a big family for this day. All the children are happy with their Santa. We have taken most of the trash out. Everyone is still in the middle of going thru their gifts so we won't have all the trash out for days. So far we only have to swap JB's northface jacket for the next size up and swap G's purse for either a different color or another purse. That is pretty easy!
The children didn't get up until 7:00. Brian cooked breakfast and even volunteered to clean up the kitchen but I did because he cooked bacon and I wanted to make sure it was all cleaned up! (While he cooked I got to take a nap!)
We all went to daddys and Margaretts for lunch. Melissa and Eric's families couldnt' be there today so there was a little void without them. I think WM and MM are going to Alabama next weekend. I just don't think I want to make that trip. I know I dont' want to make it with everyone. Mostly because when I go I don't want to have to share Walker and Breanna with WM and MM!
We are home early today. Well early for a Christmas Day. I am always amazed at the hours you put into something and it is over in such a short time!
Merry Christmas and To all a Good Night!
